2/24/17 Bruincast
Hello,
I was attempting to Bruincast yesterday's lecture and the Bruincast showed me a whole 50 minutes of a thermodynamics lecture when i went through and scanned it. I was confused because I know we are talking about Organic Chemistry in class now. Was there an error in updating it? If so, is it possible to fix it? I would really like to view the lecture! Thank you!

I have no control over what Bruincast does.
Only Bruincast can fix Bruincast errors and problems.

Did you email them? I experienced the same thing and I would like to watch it.

I have emailed multiple people at Bruincast including the Director.
Hopefully they will fix it soon.

Bruincast doesn't even have a video or audio uploaded onto the site for lecture 3, so I also emailed them and haven't gotten a reply.

Several students have communicated difficulties with Bruincast.
If you have sent email to Bruincast and still have problems with Bruincast then please email: Michelle Lew <MLew@oid.ucla.edu>

I sent many messages to bruincast and they got back to me saying that it's my wifi connection that's the problem. But I'm using UCLA web res when I try to connect it always gives me failure. Did y'all get a solution from bruincast- they said it's not the files that aren't working, but ucla wifi isn't strong enough to support the connection.

Sometimes its as simple as the browser you are using you might want to check that.
