Threshold level and Work Function are basically the same thing right?

Yes they are! They are just names that are used interchangeably and are both denoted by the symbol Φ.

Yes. It's also known as the minimum amount of energy needed to remove an electron.

Yes, the threshold is the same as the work function. Essentially it is just the amount of energy needed to eject an electron from a piece of metal.

Yes! When the kinetic energy of an ejected electron is zero, then the work function must equal the energy of the photon hitting the metal surface.
