Re: Upcoming Test
In my Discussion, my TA told me that we will be tested on material up to Chapter 1, Section 5. She said that it was unlikely that we will be tested on the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle. She also said to make sure that we understand the experiments discussed in the book.

Re: Upcoming Test
Okay, also, for homework due in our discussion, will it be covering Chapter 2 or Chapter 3. Since, we have yet to start chapter 2?

Re: Upcoming Test
I think our Week 3 HW can be either chapter 1 or 2, and then next week (week 4) will be chapter 2 for sure since he just started teaching us about it.

Re: Upcoming Test
Hey,
I've already taken the test and you do not need to know about Heisenberg's uncertainty principle for this test. You are only being tested on Chapter 1 sections 1-5. As for the homework, my TA had us turn in 4 problems that we used to study for the test (so I turned in 4 problems from sections 1-5 of chapter 1).
Hope that helps!
