How can we tell if something has wavelike properties?

If it creates a diffraction pattern (like the electrons did in the slit experiment), it must have wavelike properties.

Or, based on De Broglie's relation, any moving particle with momentum has wavelike properties, but sometimes the wavelength is so small there are no measurable wavelike properties.

According to De Broglie's equation, anything with mass and velocity has wavelike properties, including a baseball or a car. However, these larger items have too small of a wavelength to be considered "measurable".

How do we know if the wavelength is measurable? If the answer comes out to be a wavelength of 10^-24, is it measurable?

A wavelength of 10-24 would not be measurable as this is MUCH too small for us to detect. Generally, we say the cutoff is around 10-15 when we discuss detecting the wavelength.
