Specific Heat

Postby Naana Boateng 1I » Sat Jan 13, 2018 4:28 pm

In order to find the specific heat capacity, is there a go to formula that I need to use to solve the problems in the homework?

I think you can just rearrange the equation, q=mc(deltaT) to get c=q/(m*deltaT)

Also if you find that you're missing more than one variable, it's possible that the specific heat value can be found in a table in the reading (possibly 8.2).
