Which version do we use in calcs?

Which one of the equations shown in lecture is the one we will most likely be asked to use? Will we have to show how to get from one equation to the other?

As I discussed in class the last equation is typically used in chemistry to find K2 at T2 when K1 at T1 is known. As mentioned see HW example.
