Standard Conditions

What are standard conditions? For pressure, temperature, etc?

Standard conditions are 1.00 atm and 298 K, which is 25ºC.

Standard conditions would also mean that all solutions are at 1 M concentration.

Standard conditions are usually noted with a ° like in S° or H°.
