When drawing cell diagrams, do you always put it in the following order?
(Anode reactant)|(Anode product)||(Cathode reactant)|(Cathode product)

Additionally, those single lines should only be used if there is a difference in phase between the reactants and products of the anode/cathode. Otherwise, use a comma to separate them.

By using this notation, we assume that E°cell > 0 and that the Gibbs free energy is negative.
