How to find volume of solution added using HH equation

Question: How can we find the volume of a solution added using the Henderson-Hasselbalch equation?

Answer: Using the Henderson-Hasselbalch equation you can determine the ratio of acid to base. This is equal to the ratio of moles of acid and base. Given the known moles of the acid you can then determine the moles of base necessary and calculate the volume necessary to deliver that many moles of base.
