Question on q=nC(change in)T

I know that the equation wants the change in temperature, but are the units for T supposed to be in Kelvins or Celsius?
Do units matter for this equation or would the change in temperature end up canceling the units?

In this case, the Delta T would be the same regardless of whether it is Kelvin or Celsius. For example, going from 0°C to 25°C is equivalent to going from 273 Kelvin to 298 Kelvin.
In both cases, (25°C - 0°C) and (298 K - 273 K), The delta T is still 25.
In theory, the Delta T units are supposed to cancel out with the units of C; whether C=J/mole*K or C=J/mole°C

For #5 on quiz 1...what are the differences for parts a,b, and c. I understand the formula, but not how it changes
