Using partial pressure versus molar concentration

Postby Katie Frei 1L » Tue Jan 22, 2019 9:48 pm

Can I use partial pressure to solve for K if there are only solids, liquids, and gases in the chemical equation since you do not include solids and liquids in the K expression?

Yes, you would be solving for Kp.

Yes, your Kp expression would only be including the reactants and products in a gas phase and excluding all solids and liquids
