Will be expected to memorize the mass of electrons and photons?

### Re: Mass of electron and photon

You will be given the mass of an electron during tests in your constants and equations sheet. As for the photon, they are particles of energy and therefore do not have mass.

Dr. Lavelle said that the mass of an electron was known, so I'm pretty sure it will be given. Photons do not have mass.

In general, no memorization is required. All the information you will need to solve a problem will be given on the formula sheet.

memorization is not required and professor Lavelle will give us the required information on each test.

### Re: Mass of electron and photon

The mass of an electron should be given, but it's 9.109* 10^-31 kg for an electron
