Is there any difference between dipole-dipole, hydrogen bonding, and london forces?

Yes, these intermolecular forces are inherently different from each other.

Dipole-dipole: an attractive force between 2 polar covalent molecules exhibiting dipoles.

Hydrogen bonding: an attractive force between H connected to an electronegative atom and a lone pair of e- on N, O, or F.

London Forces: a temporary attractive force generated between 2 non-polar covalent molecules whose electron clouds spontaneously move to generate temporary induced dipoles.
