Are hydrogen bonds stronger than ion-dipole interactions?

Yes, ion-dipole interactions are stronger than hydrogen bonds because the ion has a greater charge

No, because ions have far greater charges than those of dipole moments, it will have a stronger attraction and therefore result in a stronger interaction.
