Hi! Can someone please explain how to make the ICE table for this HW problem step-by step? I set it up, but I'm not sure what to do with the solid (NH4HS).

Solids are not included in the ICE table, since they aren't included in the K equation anyway. Basically for a solid and a liquid omit them from the ICE table

yeah if you have the initial concentration of either the reactants or the products you should put that in for the I in ICE and then generally add or subtract x (since we don't know the factors) and then do the opposite to the other side under C. then just combine those for E and solve for the unknown x

The solid would not matter when setting up the ICE table. The products do matter. What I do is cross out the section for the reactant, and add x to both the products. Then, you can solve using k.

Since NH4HS is a solid, u can basically ignore it

ICE tables only involve finding the concencentration using only aqueous or gas molecules. Solids or liquids are not included. You also use ICE tables when you are given intial concentrations.
